Michael L. Michetti, Jr., Managing Member. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Michael obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan (1994, B.A. English) and graduated with a juris doctorate from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University (1997). He is admitted to practice in Maryland (1997), the District of Columbia (2000), and Florida (September 25, 2003) and is a member in good standing of these bars. Areas of focus in his practice are: commercial real estate law, commercial real estate foreclosure, residential real estate law, residential real estate foreclosure, commercial lending law, corporate formation and representation, and title insurance services. Michael's first position in Naples was as a litigator with the firm of Conroy, Coleman & Hazzard, PA.  In September of 2004, Michael joined Morrison & Caudill, PL.  In April 2009, Michael left Morrison & Caudill, PL to form this firm.  Michael was also a co-founder and former Director of Business Development for Reqwired, Inc. 

Michael married his beautiful wife, Jennifer, in May of 2008.  Michael is active in the community and coaches his step-son, William's little league baseball team.  He is a member of the Collier County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar Association.

SueAnn M. Zornes, Certified Legal Assistant.  Originally from Millington, Michigan, SueAnn moved to Naples in 1983 and obtained her Certified Legal Assistant designation from Florida International University in 1988. SueAnn assists Mr. Michetti in the following areas of practice: commercial real estate law, commercial real estate foreclosure, residential real estate law, residential real estate foreclosure, commercial lending law, corporate formation and representation, and title insurance services. She is a member of the Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. Paralegal Advisory Board.  SueAnn was Kiwanian of the year 2000 for the Kiwanis Club of Naples and was awarded the prestigious Hixon Award by the Club.  She has been the chairman of the International Chili Society Chili Cook-off for nine years.  Additionally, SueAnn is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Southwest Florida (Governor 1993 to 2008 – 2002 President and Regional Governor), and has chaired many events for the Woman’s Council of Realtors and Collier County Building Industry.
